3 megawatts of solar, on land that is already in the sun.
Azar Mehr Pargas holds the construction licence for a 3 MW solar power plant and the 96,791 m² site it will stand on, near Iran's Persian Gulf coast. We are looking for a partner to fund construction and operation.
The development risk is already behind us
An investor joins a project with land, licence and location settled — not an idea on paper.
Licence in hand
The construction licence for a 3 MW solar plant has been issued in the company's name and the project file is open with the relevant authorities.
A single, defined site
96,791 m² with boundaries marked on the map — enough for 3 MW with room left for later phases.
High irradiance
The site sits in one of Iran's sunniest regions, which feeds directly into annual yield and payback.
A market that is growing
The green board price rose from 39,381 IRR per kWh in 1403 to over 94,000 in mid-2026, and traded volume more than doubled in a single year.
Expandable to 7 MW
The 3 MW licence covers 45,000 m², leaving more than half the site untouched. Capacity can grow to 7 MW in later phases.
Local management
Permitting, contractor coordination and dealings with local authorities are handled by our team on the ground.
The project on one page
The plant will be built on a 96,791 m² site near the Persian Gulf. Licensed capacity is 3 MW, and the project is structured so a partner can come in through joint construction, equity, or equipment supply.
