Location

The site

96,791 m² with boundaries marked on the map, in a high-irradiance area of Bushehr province with road access.

The orange outline is the site boundary. Click the map to zoom, or use the button above it to open the same location in Google Maps.

Coordinates

29.027830° N
51.056011° E

Area

96,791 m², a single contiguous plot with defined boundaries

Terrain

Flat, south-facing ground suited to row-based panel layout

Access

500 m to the Bushehr–Borazjan highway, 20 km to the city of Bushehr

Site layout: 3 MW first phase and the expansion area

Access and surroundings

The site lies about 500 metres from the Bushehr–Borazjan highway and some 20 kilometres from the city of Bushehr. That proximity keeps heavy equipment haulage cheap and simple during construction, and keeps daily access for the operations team and local hiring straightforward once the plant is running.

First phase

3MW, licensed, on 45,000 m²

Land still free

51,791m² available for later phases

Ultimate capacity

7MW, subject to further permits

The current licence covers 3 MW on 45,000 m² of the site, which leaves more than half the land untouched. The project can therefore grow to 7 MW in later phases without acquiring any new land — investing in the first phase effectively carries an option on the phases that follow.

Build

Main components

Power path from the PV array to the national grid

PV modules

High-efficiency monocrystalline modules; brand and rating to be chosen with the EPC contractor and investor.

Inverters

String or central inverters, matched to the site layout and the regional utility's requirements.

Mounting structure

Galvanised structures specified for the humid, saline conditions of southern Iran.

Substation and grid

Step-up substation, transmission line and protection equipment per grid code.

Monitoring

SCADA and live generation monitoring, so reporting to the investor is transparent.

Operations and maintenance

Scheduled module cleaning, preventive maintenance and site security.
