A 3 MW solar power plant, Bushehr, Iran
A project at the ready-to-build stage: land owned outright, construction licence issued, and a technical and financial case built on PVsyst simulation. What remains is construction capital.
The development risk is already behind this project
An investor joins a project where land, licence, engineering study and energy sales route are settled.
Construction licence
The 3 MW licence is issued in the company's name and covers 45,000 m² on the western side of the site.
Land owned
All 96,791 m² is owned by the company; no land acquisition cost sits inside the capital requirement.
Solar resource
Global horizontal irradiance of 2,060 kWh/m² per year, from Meteonorm and Solargis data for the site coordinates.
Engineering study
Array design, inverter matching and yield estimate are based on PVsyst 7.4 simulation.
Access
About 500 m to the Bushehr–Borazjan highway and about 6 km to the medium-voltage grid connection point.
Expansion capacity
The remaining eastern land is reserved for a second phase to a combined 7 MW.
Development status
Four steps are complete. The fifth is where an investment partner comes in.
Company incorporatedCompleted
Azar Mehr Pargas Co. (PJS) registered and its board appointed.
Site securedCompleted
96,791 m² with defined boundaries in Dovireh, Chaghadak district.
3 MW construction licenceCompleted
Issued in the company's name over 45,000 m² of the site.
Feasibility studyCompleted
PVsyst simulation, array design and a 20-year financial model — August 2026.
Investment partnerIn progress
In discussion with investors and equipment suppliers to fund construction.
Engineering, procurement, construction
EPC selection, equipment supply and a 12-month build programme.
Grid connection and operation
Testing, synchronisation and first energy sales on the green board.
Where the project sits
The site lies on the coastal plain of Bushehr province, a short distance from the main highway; the Gulf shoreline is roughly 12 km beyond that highway.
Sequence: plant → about 500 m → Bushehr–Borazjan highway → about 12 km → Persian Gulf. The city of Bushehr is about 20 km away.

Market timing favours this project
Five trends have converged: cheap equipment, a rising sale price and mandated industrial demand.
Market data updated 2026. Sources are listed on the market page.
From module to grid
The electrical configuration follows the licensed capacity and the PVsyst simulation.
Potential expansion to 7 MW
Phase one occupies 45,000 m², leaving more than half the land untouched. Phase two is not a committed project and depends on obtaining further permits.

The images below are visualizations of the design on the actual project land. They are not photographs of a completed plant.
The investment opportunity
Phase one requires USD 1.59 million of construction capital. The terms of each partnership are settled through discussion with the partner concerned.
